Do not recommend not professional made a appointment they never showed up within the timeframe I was told I called I was told they ere running behind which I was fine with I ask would they be able to make it the lady who was in charge has a real nasty attitude could not give me a straight answer I asked her since I was the point of contact for the woman whose yard they were supposed to cut who was a elderly blind and half deaf lady could she at least call me if they could not make it so she wouldn’t be anxious she said ok never received a call never showed up not even the next day 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Don't walk, RUN in the opposite direction... They did "ok" last year, but this year I've had nothing but issues and don't have enough characters to share them all.

The drivers of the neals lawn van two Hispanics men was speeding down a school 20 zone so fast while kids were arriving to school.I called the company and the lady who answered sounded like she didn't care! Plus the 2 guys looked like druggies. What company allows there drivers to not follow the rules on the streets.Maybe they need to go back to the dmv and take there driving test agian

I could not even get past the phone call to schedule. Felt rushed, woman who answered interrupted and would not listen. Even if I could have scheduled, I would have cancelled due to poor customer service - initial impression was impolite!

Positives -they came the day scheduled and I am happy with my front yard
Negatives - it took a day and a half for them to call back and tell me when they could fit me in.
HUGE NEG- they only mowed 1/2 my back yard. No phone call or anything to tell me why they were not going to finish

I called several days in advance to get on the schedule. I called the day of the schedule and confirmed and they still did not show up.
