I was taken advantage of with unfair and deceptive practices trickery and will settle this in a florida court of law so this co will not do this to any more elderly /disabled customers.

Best Time Ever with a jeweler. I was looking for that special engagement ring and ws told about Aaron and Provident by a friend. I contacted Aaron and he created a masterpiece that was pure awesome. My wife gets accomplishments on how the ring sparkles and its been over 8 yrs since I bought the ring. I have also purchased ear rings and a bracklet that I could not beat for a price at any of those Box Store Jeweler shops and could not find anything better in any of the Diamond Merchants of NYC !!!!

I asked Aaron at Provident Jewelers to help me find the perfect diamond to build a unique and custom ring. I was looking for a heart shaped diamond that could be mounted in a Claddagh ring. He informed me that it may take some time locating the perfect diamond for this project. Less than a week later I received the call that he had located the perfect diamond. He had to build a custom mount for the diamond and the ring came out beautifully. The ring was the perfect engagement choice for my Irish wife of 8 years. I purchased a diamond for my wife at an exceptional price and value . I had the diamond appraised by an independent appraiser and it turned out to be valued at exceedingly more than I paid. Provident staff were helpful, mindful of my budget and focused on my needs. I shopped all the big name stores including the famous ones and finally went to Provident. I actually saved money shopping at Provident .Value, service, guaranteed products and solid ethical conduct.What more could you want. I recommmend them to family and friends.

We purchased a ring from them in April 2010 for $4876.00. I had problems with the ring, diamonds were falling out. They attempted to fix it twice, unsuccessfully. I took it to two other jewelers who advised against repairing it again, it would be throwing good money after bad. They would not work with me. I took them to small claims court and the judgement is in my favor for $5312. They have not paid me and now they say they will appeal the judge's decision. I strongly urge you not to do business with them. They are dishonest people. Carol October 30, 2011

I went there on the recommendation of several of my friends to sell some jewelry that I inherited. Steve helped me, and together we arrived at a price that was very generous. I left the store with much more cash than what I had been offered at a " gold buyer" and two other jewelry stores. I would definitely go back again in the future!!

They took well over $4,000 dollars worth of my 18k and 22k jewelry and told me they were giving me top dollar and that they were the most reputable in town and only gave me $1,000. Upon bringing the records of receipt of what I gave them to several other dealers in town I was clearly told that I was robbed and that Provident jewelers is noted for ripping off customers. They still had my jewelry for over two weeks and refused to give it back to me and I wanted to give them they're $1,000. back. They lie through their teeth and I wish I would have read the other poor reviews before dealing with these crooks. Stay away folks....May they burn in hell.

I wanted to get cash for a watch. I took my watch into this store and got offered an amount. I decided to bring it in on the following day as agreed by the manager on staff. Because I didn't go through on a trade for that same watch a few weeks prior (though I called to excuse myself when I learned that they buy watches for cash) I was belittled, even called a liar by the store owner in front of his employees. It was the most humiliating experience in a business place that I've ever had. Instead of excusing themselves for misquoting (I believe that could've been the case here), The owner decided to belittled me, the customer, and call me a liar in the presence of all his employees. To top it off the first manager denied to my face that he ever offered me that amount and the second woman denied I called her both at her house (that's the 1st No. that appeared on my phone) and at the store- where she specifically told me to bring it in for a reevaluation if I wanted cash.

Be very careful who you are dealing with. Not anyone buying gold knows what they are doing. It is easy to get takien

they like to rip elderly people dont shop here or support there scams

I searched all over the website and more info and couldn't find your store hours. I work from 8-5pm. I live in Lehigh Acres and work in Naples. I have some jewlery I want to bring in to see how much you would be willing to pay me for it. I don't know if I can do this in the evening or have to wait for the weekend. Listing of store hours would be great.
