Hartley's Raingutters Plus, Inc.

I am a prior customer for Hartley's Gutters. They did a great job on the gutters, soffitts, and siding the end of my house. I phoned back this year (more than 5 years later) and left two VM. I called a third time and then spoke to someone. That person said they would phone the following week to schedule an appointment. It's been four weeks and still no call back. I guess my job was 'too small' to warrant the follow up.
