Seven Corners Medical Center

This medical center is becoming a bad place. It gives me a strong impression that I am visiting a place in the third world countries. It seems to me a few unhappy/un-professional staffers work there. Since my family doctor retired two years ago, I have came to this center to see a doctor as my new family doctor. He is fine, but the staffers in his office, the center's receptionists seems always moody, not helpful with an attitude, some of them seems always are busy on the phone with their personal business, I feel ignored at the scene, especially the lab technician who is truly one of kind-- rude and non interactive, he is the only one work there, it is easy to know who is he. As soon as I find a more pleasant medical office, I am leaving this once what nice facilitiy for sure.

I went for the first time to this office and as they say, first impressions is everything. The office is dark, gloomy and has a very bad smell when you walk in. It made me feel like it was old and dirty. They really need to update this office and give it a good cleaning. I was ready to walk out but my husband said to give the doctor a chance. Dr. George was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. I didn't have any problems with the wait or the staff. However, because of the cleanliness and smell issue, I'm not sure if I want to go back. Two stars for the doctor but I would give the office appearance and cleanliness a negative 1.

This is an excellent facility with good doctors. I am highly disappointed with their accounting practices and policies. I was told that need to pay co-pay even If I am not seeing the doctor. I have been taking the shots for the last 30 months, and approved by I doctor that I pay the injection fees and not the office admin fees. But this morning got the surprise when asked to pay the amount of all the pending co-pay. The admin. person even told me that it doesn't matter what doctor told you, because the final authority is the billing department. They changed the policies in the middle without even consulting me, and secondly, disrespecting the doctors by overwriting his authority.
