Management unfriendly and they don't give crap about disabled tenants. And as for being disabled-friendly, that's a straight up lie

What a hole! The management staff is unfriendly, and they change pool hours as well as take away privledges like we were children. Most of the problem is coming from OUTSIDERS and they won't listen. They DON"T fix things on property (I now have a sprained ankle and pos. broken foot because I twisted it in one of MANY hole on the pond trail. They refuse to give out the name of the management co., and you can't tell them as they refuse to do anything about it. There are approx. 30 units unoccupied at this time. They are over priced and for the 2 years I have been here my dryer has to cycle 2x sometimes more to get dry clothes. The complex said theres nothing wrong with it! What a waste of energy and money. It's noisy almost every night during the warm months, and last but not least....If your not a buddy of the office staff they go out of thier way to screw with you. The tub has different grout colors so it always looks dirty, the trim is so cheap it's falling off the walls, the cheap lighting leaves burn marks on the ceiling, and the kitchen is tiny with drawers you have to constantly fight. They are WAY OVERPRICED! The only nice thing I can say is the grounds are beautiful. I'm sure though it wont be long before they attempt to enforce an 8pm curfiew on public apt.grounds. After looking for new housing I find that Winchester Place is way down the list.
