Very unprofessional experience. “Tech” came out, pushed start, dishwasher worked. It hadn’t worked previously. He said, well, looks like you are good to go. He said they do not replace control boards, even when my wife asked him if he could check further. The “tech” then started into the religious harassment of my wife, who was home alone. She felt very uncomfortable. I called Wayne (Mgr) to complain. He said they couldn’t help us out in any way, and sometimes they charge people $100 to plug in a cord. Very unprofessional experience! Charge $96+tax

Terrible. Said they came out to "Try" and repair the same issue for the fourth time. They were supposed to be there at 4:00pm but they "Claimed" to have gotten there at 3:30 and waited till 4:15. That was a lie my wife got there at 4:00pm on the nose. She even left work early to do so, They were supposed to call on the way but did not. They said they tried multiple times but that is an obvious lie. Any other time anyone has needed to call me including their scheduling office there was no issue.

We have had this company to our home numerous times. Each time the tech has been polite, answered my questions and fixed my appliance the first time! I love the fact this is a family business. Way to go A to Z!
