I bought a ring, and i think they made some mistake gave me bigger size so asked them to resize,they said maybe i have to pay for resize, but will be no more than $25 for sure don't worry! Oh! Ok! look weird but ok fine! and day after I went to pick up but the guy i was talking day before was not in there (white guy and nice) So I spoke to the other guys, one looks like Indian and another one I never met before, they was totally impolite , RUDE, gave different prices, tried to cheated on me both of them. I took my ring paid and left.... I will never come back again, I do not recommend to anyone!

I have had a very bad experience on my 1st anniversary at Westbury store. We purchased a ring here and when we asked the salesman said it is refundable. But after purchase he simply printed on receipt that it is a final sale. When we returned to store for refund he pointed out to receipt saying it’s not refundable. Moreover he rudely said I never said it is refundable and asked me to leave the store. My wife was so shocked by looking at the way he changed his colors and started crying outside the store. Don’t trust these people they go to any level to sell their stuff.
