Please note that our Proponent ENT office location at 2350 Royal Blvd Suite 500 in Elgin will close on December 1, 2021. I will begin seeing patients in December in SCIâ€™s Elgin office at 1750 N. Randall, Suite 210, which is right off Hwy 90 and North Randall Road and is approximately 2 miles away from my current office. Specialty Care Institute also has offices in Hoffman Estates, Arlington Heights, and Barrington. Your health records will be transferred with me and will be secure at SCI. Specialty Care Institute is an excellent practice offering comprehensive ENT medical and surgical services.
