About 4 months ago I went in and ordered some sun glasses, they told me they would be in in three days, i called four days later and they told me they were not in, that they would call me when they came in. I waited two weeks and nobody called me, so I went in myself, when I got to the front desk they couldn't find my file, after 30 minutes they found out they had misspelled my last name. The young lady helping me tells me my glasses have been there for more than a couple weeks. Nobody accepted responsibility not even an I'm sorry. Today my wife called to check if her and my daughter's prescription glasses were in, which she had ordered about ten days ago, they told her that her glasses were in but not my daughter's. She said it was ok that she would go pickup her glasses and take my daughter's prescription to costco because she needs her glasses for school. when she got there they didn't find her glasses and wasted an hour looking for them, their excuse is that the person who helped my wife ten days ago is not in today and he or she is not available on the phone. So I'll let anyone who reads this be the judge, my wife has been going there for a couple of years and says it used to be very good. Maybe they have a new staff and need a lot of training. MEM 9/8/12
