I have to agree with the other review, this place is a mess! They do not sanitize their equipment between customers.I have seen this with my own eyes. The customer service is terrible. They do not honor your appointments they give preferential treatment to walk ins and not to regular loyal customers that tip them well. The haircuts are second rate at best.My advice is to avoid this place. At these prices you deserve a decent haircut by someone who knows how to cut hair properly and take you when you have an appointment not some walk in off the street.In this economy you deserve better for your hard earned dollar. There are lots of other places out there to get your haircut, find a better one than this.

Terrible customer service, There's no management in the salon. Management does not require background checks or drug testing. The employees pocket your bill. Eastpointe location is disgusting, found used condoms in restroom. They have no cameras inside so the stylists put the none tipping customers on the new employees. I've never been so disgusted
