Salon Couture

I'm only giving this salon a low score because of the middle- aged, brunette lady, who sits at the front desk. She needs a good course in customer service, friendly-ness & etiquette. There have been a few times where I've waited to be helped & I've just stood there...while she visited with another employee, etc. She doesn't even acknowledge that you're standing right in front of her! Also, I think it's very rude when she asks the clients out loud what amount they are contributing as a tip (in front of other clients). Have some class....even in Eagle, not everyone can afford to give the same tip amount and clients shouldn't be put on the spot like that! Instead, politely let them confidentially write it on their charge slip. Otherwise, the salon girls are very nice & they do a great job. I've been in several times for nails, facial & hair. I've been very satisfied with all of my services. It's just sad how much a front desk person can damage your salon experience. However, they're the first to greet you and last to serve you. It's so important to treat others with kindness & grace!
