Never go here. Talk about a nightmare, I transferred to Monroe from shiawassee community health, and I thought they were bad enough...I lost my insurance in May, and have a current Disability case going also. My attorney has tried getting a hold of them, because Monroe has my medical record. I finally got a way in there and signed the paper to have them release my medical record for me to give to my attorney, and they gave me the run around. I was pre-diagnosed in April with Lupus and sent to a rheumetoid doctor, but like I said lost my insurance. Monroe Medical clinic is truely an nightmare to get through to. I had an appointment May 16th, and cancelled right after the first of May to tell them I had lost my insurance. The lady told me I never called. I have tried numerous attempts since, to leave message, to call, and NOTHING. Then to top it all off she tried to tell me that they called me back and left a message. NO they didn't...Wow..I am currently hoping to get my medical record before they are shut down.

Absolutly the worst doctors office EVER!!!!! Do not answer the phones. I was diagnosed by them with a condition that needs a perscription. I was out of refils and tried to conact the office before i was out of the medication. After calling every day for almost four weeks (either they would not answer and their machine was full, or they would answer and then hang up on me) I was finally able to speak with somebody. By this time I was completely out of my medication and transfering to a new doctor. They would not refil my script because i did not have an appointment. When explaining that I had been trying to call she infact called me a liar and proceeded to hang up on me. I will be reporing them to the appropriate athorities. So hopefully they will not be in business much longer. If I could i would give them NO stars!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst Docter's office I have ever known to actually exist! They don't answer the phone. They have a regular answering machine to take messages that gets filled up quickly so then you can't leave a message. They don't return phonce calls if you are lucky enough to leave a message. The office manager will see patients if the docter is out. This woman has no medical degree. When you have an appointment, plan on being there for a couple hours. They don't seem to have enough staff to handle the patients. My 1st appt. I should have listened to my insticts when I realized that the only people in the office were myself, my children & the docter. Which excused herself when her cell phone rang and didn't return for a half hour! She said it was the IRS calling so she had to take the call and they didn't want to let her off the phone because they were behind on their taxes!!! CRAZYEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
