I brought my snow blower to Steve's for service several times and they did a great job. After the job was done, they gave me some pointer to ensure that my machine started on the first pull. They were friendly and the work was done really well.

One of the few places that you can rely on to fix your mini bikes and dirt bikes ! There are a few places today that you can find this kind of repair shops . Professional and expertise !! I had them work on my new monster Moto 212cc and I was very satisfied they upgraded the engine and I have more speed And more power.

These people are insane they actually alter your odometer and pretend they are the police lie and take your money and do nothing for you this is the worst place in existence with sick mentally Disturbed mentally defective people working there I am so shocked that they are actually in business at all and I cannot believe employees would remain if you look on every site they are rated two stars or below only because you're not able to choose a negative rating I actually had to call the police in order to pick up what belongs to me because they had the nerve to suggest they would not return my property after they have my money and I have nothing don't let the same thing happen to you

If your looking for a reasonably priced shop, that won't spring undisclosed prices on you at the last minute,KEEP LOOKING,this is not the one.

I brought in my gas leaf blower that was under a 2 yr manufacture warranty because the start pull rope stayed hanging out. Besides this, everything else was perfect. Under the warranty, this was 100% at NO CHARGE to me. 4 months later I get a phone call that my machine had a fuel problem that they repaired and I owed them over $55 dollars! I went immediately and politely said 1st I only brought the machine for a pull rope problem because everything else was fine and 2nd this was under Warranty, in which I provided all the receipts and requirements when I first went in, so they should NOT be charging me a dime! The trashy owner there yelled at me as if it was my fault or I did something wrong. I put him in his place, and told him I too am a business man and he is wrong in doing UNAUTHORIZED work without the customer's consent. NOONE told him to fix or check anything except the pull string, and my work order had all of that Clear in writing. Besides I was under the factory mechanical defect warranty from Weed Eater. The rude jerk literally got the machine, and angrily put it on the sidewalk. I got my machine and left. This is ALL coming from the owner of this so called "Business". Stay away from rude, arrogant, garbage like this if you don't want a problem!!

Absolutely the worst customer service. The store is run by arrogant people. The price for repair parts were highly inflated as were his labor charges. I regret going there.

Overpriced, terrible job and unprofessional.

The owner needs an anger management classes because he doesn’t know how to treat his customers, Very rude. If I can, I would give them zero rating.
