        Overall

        Their Service may be Steller, But Midas has by far the Worst Automated Phone Service I have ever delt with. I have experienced a lot of bad automated phone services but this one is insane. You cannot call direct without going through their Auto Phone Service, I'm trying to get a hold of Midas in Duluth and Their System will not let me connect with them, in anyway, shape or form.

        It's so bad I will use this as a example when we are dealing with phone sevrices as to what not to do
