A handful of dentists. Dr. Laura Adair is by far the finest and the best. She is in practice with her husband Dr Alan Adair. Their practice is recognized as one of the top dental practices in Texas. Over the years, during lean times for my family, they have given us extended time for paying for treatment and always with kindness, patience and compassion. They and all the staff, including hygienists, and office personnel are highly qualified professionals. My family members have received extensive, top notch care.

You will feel relaxed and comforted while you're in the chair, gazing out the window, watching deer graze at the feeders, cardinals splashing in the birdbath & squirrels running up and down the trees. All this, surrounded by state of the art dental technology, in a beautifully designed and appointed office.

WHAT MORE COULD ASK FOR FROM A DENTIST?

I had gone to this dentist since moving to Austin in 2004 twice a year. Last October 2009 I went in for my semi annual check up and paid them what they told me I owed based on my insurance plan. As it turned out, they did not check to see what my plan paid for only made assumptions. I did not receive a bill or even a complimentary phone call from them letting me know that my plan had changed and that I had an outstanding bill due to a deductible added to my plan. In January of 2010, about two months after my visit, they turned my account over to some collection company called "Check Right"?? Keep in mind that Dr. Adair hired them to collect this $66. I went in and paid the Dentist, but the "Check Right" people continue to call me about a $33 charge for their services. They call every week. Half of the time they are telling me that I wrote a bad check to the dentist office and that the charge is for the bad check. I would never go back to this Dentist. I always paid my bill and due to their inability to take the time to check on my plan while I was there, they have created a nightmare for me. If they hired those people, they need to pay them. Also, they are not in the Blue Cross network and you will pay more to have them as your dentist. This was something else that I was not aware of when I started going there. Diana
