Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The service here was fine, however I have one serious recommendation. Valvoline's standard procedure is to check your in-cabin air filter. In some makes/models of cars they must access this filter from the car glove compartment. In doing so in my car, they removed everything, and in the process dropped an old digital watch that I had put in there and it bounced under the passenger seat. I thought that it had been stolen. My recommendation, Valvoline should inform customers PRIOR to removing things from the glove compartment, and give the customer the option.

You go there for an oil change. You get that to your car after everything is done to find out that something has been stolen from your car. Don't go there anymore, unless you don't care what gets stolen from your car.
