We have been coming to this location since it opened, we even wait when it’s busy.
The staff used to be nice and friendly but lately the staff including managers are awful, they are rude they don’t care about your orders my children order frosted doughnuts and they turn them upside down in the bag and when you say something they roll their eyes and say oh well we are busy. This is a horrible place to get doughnuts and coffee the coffee used to be good along with the tea but it tastes old and rotten at times… I work in the service industry and I realize it is crazy times but this is just unacceptable.
