        unhappy experience, no customer satisfaction

        Placed order over phone. Gave all information they asked for. Product didn't arrive. Called them. Said they couldn't process cc for payment because they forgot to ask for cc expiration date. Couldn't call me because they didn't ask for my phone or email. I felt they should upgrade shipping at their expense, since it was their fault that product was delayed in shipping. Refusal, also refused to let me speak to others at the company. Product still not arrived, 2 weeks later.
