Eat here at least once a week. Feel deprived when I miss a week. It has ruined all other bar- -que places for me. The meats are juicy and tender, and there is a wide assortment of vegetables from which to choose. My biggest problem: I always have food left over because portions they serve are large-even the light plate. Service is top of the line-very caring and friendly.

Food was good, staff were friendly. It was my first time here and they gave me some samples of the food before I ordered. Great service. I will be back!

This was my second trip and my husband's first and you really need to check on some things or you'll be closed soon. We ordered a 2 meat plate, ribs and tamales, mashed potatoes and paid an extra 60 cents for a salad and a chopped pork baked potato and a drink. 17 dollars later we got 2 ribs and 3 tamales. tamales were good but 10.00 for it? ribs were tough and dry at 6pm, not good, course I ordered them without sauce, however I did that the first time I was in and they were juicy and tender. mashed potatoes were just that, mashed up potato and a little salt, so dry we had to share the drink just to get them down. salad was good until I hit one tainted cucumber, tasted weird and quit eating the salad. husband's baked potato was ok, but nothing to write home about. you had 6 people behind the counter and 3 cars in the parking lot on a sunday evening, you can guess what they were doing, they weren't checking on diners, not even once. I'm only writing this because I didn't feel I got my money's worth nor do I feel you are getting yours. That's a lot of employee overhead for nothing. And one of those that were standing around could have added some milk, butter and pepper to those potatoes!
