A Few Good Tradesmen

Brian and his crew did some exterior woodwork on our 4-unit condo building (replacing shingles, repairing damage to soffit/fascia, replacing rotted boards and windowsills). He quoted us a fair price, clearly explained everything he was doing and had good suggestions for improvements we could make. My neighbors and I were all very pleased with the results and we plan to bring him back in the spring for more work. If you need a responsive handyman service that does quality work I definitely recommend him.

Brian Costigan and crew have done several jobs for me over the past year, from solving a small electrical issue to a recent total renovation of my kitchen. I can't express with words the level of gratitude I have for his fair pricing, speed, efficiency, flexibility, thoroughness, and all around pride in workmanship that is so rare now. He helped me solve some design problems with the remodel job, then proceeded to do the most amazing job. I could not be happier with Brians work. If I could, I would give his company 20 stars! Brian and his guys took on a remodel for my bathroom, a complete gut and took it from beginning to end! I procrastinated so I wouldn't have to deal with hotels and stress! Brian managed to finish the entire job ahead of schedule and less then I had been quoted from other contractors! I couldn't be happier with Brian and would recommend him to anyone I know! I found Brian Costigan on line and spoke with him on the phone. He was great and easy to talk to. I have a few properties and am always struggling to to find someone one who can do little handyman type work that are reliable.

I gave him a job on the phone to place a toile tissu dispenser in an apt bathroom. I was embarrased by the small request but I had this tenant aggravating me about it. He went tothe property the next day and I paid himn online. We never even met. !

I then hired him to redo an appt (painting, sanding hardwood floors etc ) and he he and his crew were efficient and very willing to work with me on budget.

He is on time and very profeesional. He knows the work so he can tackle most projects in a short amount of time and give you options to cut cost.

He is that good ! I will be keeping him busy.

A person needs very good karma to find someone like Brian Costigan. To have someone like Brian in your life, you have to be very lucky.

I still remember when I gave Brian his first assignment. I was living in a building that was more than a hundred years old and I had an elderly, fraying and decaying, hazardous lighting fixture inside. Brian made short work of it. His speed is breaktaking.,

He not only repaired a complex lighting fixture that day but dysfunctional telephone that I owned at that time as well. Then, just for the heck of it, he installed a new water filter that I had purchased in my kitchen. And he never charged a penny for these "extras".

When you see Brian work, you want to applaud. He's so good, and so fast, iut's almost entertainment! I think of him as a magician. If he's part of a new company. I think customers who know he's part of it will come from far away.

I have used quite a few handymen in the past and seemed to always find issues. This guy showed up on time, was competitively priced and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman.

I hired Brian many years ago to do some electrical work and he has since done about 20 projects for me, all of which have come in on time and within budget. Brian is more than a contractor, he gives you ideas on how to do projects, creatively working with your space and budget . He has since done many different types of jobs from completely renovating bathrooms to building additions and rewiring a whole house. He knows how to manage crews and takes responsibility when one of the subs doesn't show up or does a poor job. He's done work for friends of mine and recently even had him at my parents house to renovate their bathroom, fix a leaky pipe, change out an electric panel and replace a storm door. There's not much he cant do, I would highly recommend Brian's services to anyone who is in need of a getting something built or repaired.
