A D X Construction

ADX put re-shingled my house and left substantial leaks around a skylight and drywall damage. They came out and dropped some silicone but the leaks continued and I could not get a call back. There were also substantial messes in the yard left behind like tools and nails. In addition the gutters were used like garbage cans which required digging up the drain pipes to remove the shingle pieces, nails, etc to avoid overflow during rain.

Got another contractor to fix the issues that ADX would not. They also refused to help pay for any of the work to fix their issues.

ADX Construction lacks professionalism and the kitchen cabinets they installed is just one example. No shims had been used, the face of the cabinets were not screwed together as per instructions on box containing the cabinets, and some cabinets were clearly not level. The under-the-cabinet microwave had been installed under a 36" cabinet leaving space on either side instead of being installed under a 30" cabinet. We were then told by Mr. Sears that he sets the cabinets to measure for the countertops and would then install them later. The cabinet installer for my in-laws had never heard such a thing. ADX had also used nine filler strips that were screwed in behind the face of cabinets. Properly installed, no filler strips were needed in our kitchen. Fortunately, a friend helped us install them correctly.

We had put a lot of trust into ADX and Mr. Sears and it is unfortunate that we would not recommend them to anyone.

Betsy Goad is a liar. She's going on pages and writing false reviews. Watch out contractors! Hey ADX construction is a great company.

Began a project. When I called to see if he was going to finish it after not hearing from him for a couple weeks he stated he had several big projects come up and couldn't get to it for another 3 weeks...I guess that's if nothing else came up. Not reliable. Started great with no finish. Very disappointing! I wouldn't recommend him. I guess he gets 5 stars from the people he left to serve.

Adx construction is a great company. Did Great work never had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I had my roof,siding,windows and fence replaced by ADX CONSTRUCTION. Owner and crew were very professional and did a great job also cleaned up after very well.

The best buisness in the Miami valley..there quick..they install materials by the book and clean up really well with protecting the landscaping..I recommend this company to anyone
