Great doctors and PAs! I left them about an hour ago. Doctor Moreno just called to check that I received all my prescriptions which had been electronically sent to the pharmacy. I also must comment that Chris M (see 03/05/2014 comment below) says the doctor "was just fine" - but gave them 1 star because he was not happy with the billing/phone system, which in the end looks like a simple misunderstanding. 1 star seems a bit extreme. But you be the judge! Thank you.

Doctor Lameh was just fine, but I recommend anyone interested in competent account servicing to look elsewhere. The bill gave only a mailing option to direct the payment to, no phone line or online options. After finding an appropriate number I asked for "billing" and was directed down a series of other phone numbers that eventually dead -ended in a technician that didn't even service this office. Calling the original number back I asked to "pay my bill" and was able to do so. WTF? Get your act together people.

I've been going to this clinic for about 10 years. I started out with Dr. Henry, and switched to Dr. Desai about 5 years ago. Great doctors, great staff, always able to get an appointment very quickly, usually on the same day, when I am sick. I don't like the parking (it is at Medical City, so you have to pay for hospital parking) but that's the only negative. I highly recommend this place.
