Spring Cypress Appliance Service

Don't bother calling them, they don't bother to call you back. I called early in the morning to ask about washing machine service. I promptly got a man on the phone (who sounded like he was answering from home - kids yelling in the background). He asked all my information and told me that "so and so" would call me back. "So and so" never called me back. I called again around 4:00 that afternoon and left a message explaining that I had called earlier and "so and so" hadn't called me back. Could someone please call me back.



"Someone" never called me back. And not even the next morning. I waited all day for "so and so" and then "someone" to call me back. If I had just been told earlier that "no one" at this business cared for anymore business, then I would have called another company. There's lots and lots of them out there.



Not sure why this company has gotten such a good BBB rating. It's obviously not for customer service. I don't even know how to rank their service - I never got a chance to experience it. They might have the fastest, most experienced work on the planet but I can't say so since they didn't bother to call me back.
