Craniosacral Massage

One of the main causes of pain and disease in the human body can be traced to improper alignment of the vertebrae in your spinal column. This is called a subluxation. My steps into Chiropractic started late and did not begin until I realized that medications were not working for my problems and that I needed a more hands on approach for my care. I attended Carthage College in Kenosha, WI where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Biology. I then attended Logan College of Chiropractic where I obtained my Doctorate in Chiropractic. While I was there I obtained my certification to perform Spider Tech kinesio taping. I am one of three certified Spider Tech providers in Minnesota. I have spent my whole life playing sports including hockey, football and golf and I know what it is like when you are hurt and are unable to participate in your favorite sport. I like to take a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and I will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Our office performs state of the art care orientated for each individual patient. I am trained in sports therapy and rehabilitation providing the best of care to the sporting community. I also use acupuncture along with many other modalities and treatments to provide the best of care for each individual patient.
Disc Herniation Treatment
