        It all began in the Spring of 2000, when 5 entrepreneurial brothers, with the encouragement of their friends and family, opened the first San Jose's Mexican Restaurant in Central Florida. Zenovio, Jose Luis, Armando, Victor, and Miguel had a simple vision in mind.
