Old Port Inn Restaurant

My husband and I live here in Clawson and we love to eat locally. Old Port inn has good food for fair prices. The staff is super nice. Our favorite is the Lemon Rice soup that we get every single Sunday.

Gone here infrequently for 20 years. Much of the food is the way my Mom used to make it...instant potatoes, canned veggies, simple salad of just iceburg and a slice of tomato. However, they do have good daily specials (like roasted chicken or turkey) almost every day. They have a breakfast selection 24/7. It seems much cleaner now (maybe they became smoke-free???)

Old Port is the only place for my family.

They have tasty dishes for your picky ones. Great menu, big smiles from the wait staff, clean, children friendly and not long to wait even on the busiest times.

When you don't feel like cooking, you can always order Take Out from their entire menu and get that great Old Port meal right in your own home....Except you'll miss out on all those smiles and the regulars.
