Overall

I have dealt with Keith on more than one occasion. He has always exceeded my expectations. At one point, they had double booked and he sent an upgrade limo to me. I call 24/7 before anyone else.

If I could give zero stars, I would.



This company is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. They were the company I used for my wedding this past May. I booked with them, worked out the schedule and then confirmed that the cost included tip (one big reason why I booked with them). As time went on, I requested to see the bus that we were using several times (because it wasn't on their website). Finally I got a picture of the bus we were using and no further information. A little while later I got an email from EPC Limo, the company that was actually going to be driving us (apparently they subcontracted my contract out without telling me). Which was fine, it was the same cost (or so I thought) and the man I spoke with was very nice.



Then I found out THE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING that the tip was not included with this new company. So the contract that I had initially agreed to was not actually being upheld. I contacted 24/7 Limo and they said they would look into it. I never heard back.



The day of the wedding, I get on the bus (which was nice, and EPC is a great company, use them and not 24/7 if you have a chance). I was handed the emails between myself and Trina at 24/7 (the ones I never heard back on), asking me to sign them and understand that tip is NOT included.



I signed and let my wedding day continue.



I emailed Trina at 24/7 explaining my disappointment in the situation, after tipping EPC $120 for the day, and requested that they reimburse me $100.



This was 9 days ago. I have not heard a word back. This company is run so unprofessionally and so poorly. Please do not use them, they do not care about customer satisfaction and Trina is beyond unprofessional.



EPC Limo is a much better service, although more expensive, they were easy to get ahold of and honest from the beginning. 24/7 breached my contract, and feel no remorse for doing so.



If you are going to subcontract out my contract, make sure you get the details ironed out so that your CUSTOMER isn't stuck footing a bill she never agreed to pay.

Not very friendly or helpful on the phone. Also no handicap accessible vehicles.
