Magic Bounce

Is it possible to give zero stars? I rented a Disney Princess moonwalk for my 2 year olds birthday party, had a plesent conversation on the phone and was excited to work with the company. 6 days before my daughters party I get a call from the ownejunk aiming he made multiple calls, left multiple messages, and emailed me informing me that my card had not gone through. Strange that I never received any of them! I told him I was sorry for the confusion, I thought they had already ran my card and that I would transfer money in to that account right now. He started to yell at me saying he chooses not to work with someone who cannot even pay for the cleaning costs of his rental. I proceeded to explain to him that my husband handles the finances in our house and if he didn't want to rerun that card I would give him a different debit card and he could run it right now. He says that I can still rent the rental if I pay the entire cost of the princess bouncer. When I asked him if he charged the entire price of the bouncer to every costumer he says what am I going to do if your children break my bounce house? How are you going to pay me for that? You have no money in your account! I ended the phone call in tears. Never have I felt so disrespected. A simple miscommunication turned into this man acting like a complete bully and assuming that we were not financially stable enough to rent from his business. I will never even attempt to work with business again. In the end I'm pleased that we went somewhere else, we found that on top of having terrible costumer service they are also extremely over priced!
