General Info: Human Resources Development Institute, also known as HRDI, offers a range of support services for teenagers with racial and ethnic backgrounds. Human Resources Development Institute operates an alternative educational program and community health division. The organization serves over 8,000 clients annually. Human Resources Development Institute is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
