Just bought a 2012 honda civic at this dealership. Cannot Sai enough great things about how i was treated here. I had a couple credit issues that other dealerships gave me some trouble with but my sales professional Kyle got me a great deal at a great rate. Ady the end of the day i went to a total of 3 dealerships and i really ended up doing the deal at jim butler kia because of how well i was treated. No bs tactics and they didn't keep me in the dealership the whole day. Again, can't say enough good things about the place. If you're unsure about your credit or what you can get done be sure and ask for Kyle at jim butler kia.

Had the oil change done here for the second time and once again over and beyond any place else for customer service. Will be going here always to get my oil change!

Easiest transaction ever with buying a car. After spending hours at another dealership going back and forth on pricing, Annie from Jim Butler Kia guaranteed me the price. The dealership we were at said they could not even come close to matching what they said we could get the car for. We walked away from that dealership, drove to Jim Butler, in about 40 minutes or less we were driving off the lot with our new car.

I would have to say it really is a poor dealership. Please don't make the same mistake I did. There is absolutely no customer service at all. After I purchased our vehicle several months ago, there was no follow up phone call or congratulations on your new purchase. The service department will lie to you about ordering parts when they forget to order your part for your vehicle and you have to make a follow up phone call several weeks later asking about the status. You constantly have to follow up with this dealership. They aren't proactive at all with customer service!!
