Hair by Trios

Lynette at hair by trios is very good at what she does. I recently dyed my hair very blond with brown highlights and I love the final product! my family has been going to her for years and she never disappoints. She is very professional and even when I didn't like a previous hair color she would change it back immediately no questions asked. lynette is my go to person for dying hair and I would trust no one else since she does an amazing job! definitely recommended by my family and me.

Lynette at Hair by Trios is the most talented, professional and kind hair stylists that I have ever gone to. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 10 years. I now live across the country and won't let anyone else touch my hair. I look forward to my appointments at the salon when I am in town because I know that I will have a great experience. I have referred many friends to Lynette and they have always been happy. I highly recommend Lynette and Hair by Trios to anyone that is looking for a wonderful stylist in a great atmosphere!

I was in town from Chicago and decided to get some blonde highlights. Boy do I regret that decision. I went to Hair by Trios and had Lynette do my hair. First glance it looked fine so I left. When I got home, my dad pointed out my hair was orange in the back. To my horror, he was right. Upon further inspection I noticed the highlights were 'tracky' on the side and not even close to my head. I immediately called the salon and made an appointent to have it fixed. The next day Lynette, instead of fixing the problem, did even more highlights on top of the previous ones. Again, they were not close to my head and the top half of my head was a blur of bleach. I held back my tears and left. Luckily the following day I went elsewhere and had my hair repaired without issue.



While I am very upset about the damage to my hair, I am even more disturbed at how the issue was handled by the owners. I stopped by Hair by Trios and emailed them requesting a reimbursement. In my email I even included the photos of the terrible job Lynette did on my hair. The owner Cindy responded by sending me a gift certificate to her salon only redeemable by me. When I asked her to call me she responded by saying the matter was taken care of end of story.



Well Cindy clearly it has not. I will never return to your salon, and if you recall, you mailed my gift certificate to Chicago, so I dont even live in MI. Thanks for nothing. And apparently the photos I provided were up to your standards? As an owner, I would be mortified. But I guess that speaks to your low standards.



I've included a photo of the poor job Hair by Trios did, taken by the other salon before they fixed my hair. Apparently this is a job well done. I'll let you be the judge.
