Paws and Tails Pet Care

I've been using Paula for 2years. We started when she was with another company and we wanted to continue with her. She is prompt and professional. She always leaves a note to let me know what they did while I was gone. I never worry about them when she is with them. My dogs love her! I highly recommend Paula!

I have just started using Paula (owner) in the past year. It is the first time I have gone out of town and not had someone stay at my house. Now that my dog is older I thought I would try it. Paula has made the process very comfortable. She leaves notes about all her visits with my dog. I would definitly recommend her.

Was new to the area and a friend gave me Paulas number because I may be gone a whole day at times and need someone to walk my dog. She has been incredible. I am very particular about my dog and I never worry when she is here with him. She always leaves a note and takes special care of him. Every time I have needed her (mostly short notice) she has been very attentive and ALWAYS comes through. This is probably the first review I have ever written, but I respect professionalism so much and Paula is a true professional.

I recently moved to the area in June 2013. Another petsitter recommended Paula and I have used her several times. She is very reliable and caring. She plays with the animals and writes perfect notes...I can tell she knows the personalities of all 4 of my cats. She also asks that you let her know when you return...I find that very responsible. My pets have always been so much happier with a petsitter & I will continue to use Paula.

They have been taking care of my menagerie of pets for several years! With boys we have everything from rats, scorpions, bearded dragon, ferrets, cats and a diabetic dog that requires shots twice a day! They are very professional, reliable and leave detailed notes on how everyone is doing. My dog especially does much better at home than in a kennel, the price is the same or better than a kennel & you don't have to rush back to pick them up! Highly recommend them!

Paula (the owner of this business) has been my catsitter since 2011. We met when she worked for another service which closed soon after she started visiting my kitties. I made the transition with Paula when she opened Paws and Tails and I trust her and her staff implicitly. Whether Paula or her employee come by while I am away, they take amazing care of my kitties, leave awesome notes about their behavior and activities, and are always available to schedule me in with just a quick email. I know they care about my animals and take excellent care of them while I am gone. I also appreciate that the cat visits are longer than you get with most pet sitting services. Well worth the cost for the peace of mind and convenience. Because the service includes keeping a key to your home I always know that if I have an emergency or an unexpected change in my schedule someone can be there for my cats. A couple times I have had urgent situations spring up, and Paws and Tails has been there for my animals every time. Paying through paypal is a breeze, though they accept other forms of payment too. Never had a single problem and have been a happy customer using the service 1-2 times a month for over 2 years.

Having a diabetic cat is a huge burden when one travels as much as I do. Paws and Tails is wonderful! They gave my kitty top notch care and even gave him snuggles for free!!! They left me a great hand written log of each day they cared for him and gave me peace of mind that he was in great hands!

I've used Paws and Tails for several years and have been thrilled with the service and "can do" attitude Paula has. Our place is well taken care of and our pets get extra loving attention other services don't provide. I trust them implicitly and highly recommend them for both pet and house sitting peace of mind while you are traveling.
