        Overall

        This company told me that they were "TOO BUSY" to help me with a one window replacement. Very poor business practices. I am glad that they let me know up front what they are all about. If I was trying to get a whole house of replacements, I guarantee a salesperson would have showed up at my house the same day I requested an estimate. Note to the company. People who need small replacements should be worthy of your business too. You never know, if you play your cards right, one window could turn into a huge order.
