Cape Coral Crematory

My experience with Cape Coral Pet Crematory was appalling. After a seven day wait I called to find out how long until I could get my baby back, and encountered the rudest most unemphatetic person ever! I was crying and obviously upset and he said one rude thing after the other with a nasty tone of voice. Losing my dog of 14 and 1/2 years was one of the worse times of my life and he made it much worst. I'm very sorry I used them and warn others to stay away from this place. If he was that unempathetic to me I wonder how he treats our animals remains.
