Logan's Roadhouse

Sirloin Steak-Burnt on the outside and Tough as leather. Shrimp-Too done and chewy. Charged my credit card $6 too much and will have to return to get it corrected. Not a pleasant experience.

Ordered a steak well done, GOT Medium well Ordered sauteed onions, GOT mushrooms and the waitress argued with me about it. Very slow service. Waitress was not clearing the table after the meal was done, never got rolls till I begged for them and kept pushing for the bill to be paid. Called the next day and complained and the manager says I'll send a gift card, waited a week nothing, called again got another manager and he says he will send a letter with coupon, waited a week nothing again wrote a letter of complaint to Logan's Corporate and for them to call me, nothing, called back to second manager again and he claims he sent the letter but didn't know the date he sent it out,,,hmmm been 2 weeks still waiting. Morale of the story THEY don't give a damn about the customer only their pocket. BEWARE OF LOGANS HERE unless you like bad service.

Close to the Airport right off M6 great food and friendly service. Always a great experience have nothing but good to say about this LOGANS. Very busy do to the quality they provide. ENJOY
