Beck's Restaurant

A locals favorite we were told at the convenience store when we stopped and got gas. We tried it and loved it. The only place we could find with all you can eat crablegs also. We ate here twice that week! Great service, very reasonable prices and so CLEAN! We will definitely go back there every time we visit the beach!

We will NEVER eat there again. We just ate there on Sun. 7/13 us all 11 of us had terrible meals. The scallops were overcooked and rubbery, shrimps tiny and tasteless. It looked like they had all been boiled and dumped in a dish. No seasoning or broiling. We got the sauteed meals. The waitress was scattered and would bring some of our meal and then wait on another table. We have eaten there in the past and thought it was good. This time we took friends and were totally embarrassed that we had wasted our money. When we complained all they said was "we're sorry"

To anyone who decides to eat at this place be prepared to experience the worst customer service ever. I recently visited this place and was surprised at the lack of care for the customer's concerns. After being seated our table of 8 ordered drinks and meals to save time. We did not receive our drinks until 30 minutes later and 2 drinks were missing. It took another 15 mins before my 4 year old got her drink. As we waited for our food we watched as several other people came, ate, and left, all before we got our meals. We waited 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES before we received our food. My 4 year old fell asleep while waiting. I complained to the owner, she said she would take care of it. While we were eating the bill was brought to us and I was outraged that it was still over $140 DOLLARS!! I complained again and they took off $10. I said this is not acceptable and they threw the calculator at me. This went on for 25 mins. I was so confused at why they would want a customer to leave unhappy.
