        The worst encounter I have had...

        The worst encounter I have had was in the service area. My starter went out so I had my truck towed to Tipotex. The service technician later called and said I needed a new engine since it would not start - I told him he was an idiot and all I needed was a new starter! When I went to pick up my truck, they had some how managed to permanently engage the 4 wheel drive - it took them 2 days to correct that.
