Rios Flower

For the past 4 years I have ordered arrangements for my Mother on holidays and Special Occasions. Unfortunately, I have even ordered arrangements for funerals and Rios has always done a wonderful job. I live in Tulsa, OK so it is important that they create the piece I imagine in my head with only details via phone. Their arrangements seem to be bigger and fuller compared to other services I have used in the past. I only know this because my Mom always sends me photos of the master piece delivered to her & they have been gorgeous from this place. Plus, they are always delieved on time- even on holidays.
