Epic 8

We moved into the complex in 2005, lived in the complex for 14 years. So far this has been the worst management we have seen which is why we had to leave this place. The carpets or anything wasn't upgraded or changed out during our 9 year stay. We have complained about the bathroom tubs and tiles in this apartment complex multiple times with nothing being changed at all. During the last two years, we have lived in this filth of a bathrooms and management has done nothin. All the paints were chipped off that you could see the brown part in the tub (pictures are attached) Since the apartment is on 2nd floor we had multiple instances with water leak through the roof which ended up causing so much mold and the apartment complex didn't do anything to fix it and even after we moved out and the new tenants moved in they just painted over the mold instead of fixing it. I am a cancer survivor with an open heart surgery and I couldn't breathe properly and had a cough in the complex for months due to the cause of mold and dirty carpet. The reason that triggered us to move out is because the roach situation at the apartment got really bad and we kept having rats show up at nights. What kind of a clean apartment would have rats come through and eat the fruits at night? This place is filthy and disgusting and they do nothing about fixing it what so ever. The lady at management has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen in a person and she is always screaming and threatening people about calling cops on them. She never took care of any of the needs when we lived there and always neglected it. When we moved out, we got charged $200 for things we won't even recall doing in the apartment. They said we were charged for BURNED KIT VINYL and the funny part is no where in the apartment we had Vinyl. We had plastic tiles in the kitchen which was covered by Vinyl for the new tenants that moved in so I am not even sure what the $200 damage charge is doing in our account.
