Overall

They do not care about the patients at all. I would never recommend this Doctors office. I had a Mammogram that came back abnormal, and I was notified by the company that did my mammogram not by my Dr office. When I called them, they apparently had my test results for 3 days and had yet to call me. I had have numerous problems getting refills for prescriptions, you constantly have to keep calling and bugging them for them to do anything. When I went in for my physical I thought I had a b bladder infection, I was unable to go to the bathroom while I was there, but asked if I could wait in the lobby or come back. They would not let me do that. So I left there with probably a bladder infection. I did find AZO cranberry pills at the drugstore that did seem to work. I had a blood test that came back abnormal, trying to get the Dr to call me back to tell me what was abnormal was unnecessary. The straw that broke the camels back was today. I had called them months ago to get a prescription refilled, they told me before they could I had to have my physical. I made my appt had my physical done, and they were suppose to call in my prescription. I needed my prescription refilled, I went to the pharmacy and they had no record of my prescription ever being called in. I called the Dr office and requested that they refill my prescription, I needed it day of, it should have been called in months ago, and you could tell the guy on the phone was unconcerned. I then expressed the importance of it. I called twice, they never called it in. This medication is not addictive or mind altering, there is no reason to not fill it. They just do not care about the patients at all there. If they are overwhelmed with to many patients, then this is one less patient they have to worry about
