Chuck's maintenance and repair services

I was referred to Chuck's Maintenance and Repair in Bossier City by my home warranty company to fix a broken refrigerator (it freezes up and does not cool). Chuck came to my home and said I needed a new part. It took several weeks and my contacting him over and over to come back. He finally came back and replaced the part. Chuck said I had to pay an additional $195.00 that was not covered by the warranty company. I paid him but about 2 weeks later, the refrigerator froze up again. I contacted Chuck to return but was ignored. I asked him to come back to fix the refrigerator but he has NOT. I asked Chuck to return the $240.00, total, that I paid him. He has NOT.
