You just learned a lesson to not buy a puppy from ANY petstore. It's amazing that so many people still give into impulse. Most knowing already that it's not a good idea to buy puppies from a petstore. They take a chance and set themselves up for a world of hurt.
As far as the Petland in general, their fish dept is quite nice and there are a few people who are educated working in that area. The older fellow for one is very nice and informative. He takes the time to chat about fish instead of just 'bag and off ya go'.
I wish this store was just an aquatics and small animal store, so I give only three stars for feeding the impulse puppy buying people.
