I was recently in yesterday, visiting your bolingbrook location, on weber, and was perplexed with this day and age of an economy the lack of service i received. I entered the location at 3:35pm, and closing time is 4pm. I was greated without a welcome asked for my phone number, then the manager in the back belowed to the front something, and the person said sorry we can't help you. I asked why, no reason was given, and i explained that your coroporate website doesn't mention anything about arriving before 3:35 to get service. I asked to talk to the manager, she never came up, but then the girl said we will take care of you. I proceeded to tell the yong lady that I would rather take my business elsewhere that wanted it. I then proceeded to your competitor hair cuttery, just down the road, and spent 15.00 on my hair cut, and then tipped 5.00. I have a copy of the receipt for proof if you doubt my honesty. I would never ever turn a paying customer away this is just amazing to me
