I worked with Karina for my naturalization. She was great to work with, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to reach through her assistant, Kenneth. She listened to all my concerns (no matter how insignificant) and answered all my questions. She submitted my application and less than a month later I received my interview appointment notice which was record time.
I opted to have Karina go with me to the interview and I’m glad I did. There was a glitch in the USCIS system and they couldn’t find my file. Karina handled the situation while keeping me calm and I walked out of there as a fully sworn US citizen.
