DO NOT waste your money and time in this place,worst place ever. I went to get legs,underarm and bikini waxing and the results were horrible, the parts didn’t even get the hair out and it was really painful, the conditions of the room were really awful and unsanitary and the lady was sweating cause apparently the A/C was broken and not using gloves at all, her job was basically in a hurry cause she was desperate to finish with me on time so my friend (who had an appointment also) didn’t reschedule hers for timing reasons, my legs are covered bruises and the worst part is that they charged me full price and even asked for a tip, they didn’t even offered me to come back in another time to get better results or to pay half the price. I’m telling you don’t go to this place they are not professionals.

The staff is untalented, probably underpaid and deliver less than desirable results. Dint even think about handing over you hair or face to these people. They will ruin it. Managment is equally horrible and greedy. When their stylist ruined my hair (i went for a procedure to get rid of frizzies) management was all too happy to conduct an investigation, accept blame and put their employees on notice period but when i asked them to fix my hair, they neither apoligized nor returned my money or fixed my hair.

Anoos has branches in India and USA and I think they should take responsibility for whereever services are performed but this is a Greedy, money hungry, horrible and disgusting managment I have ever come across and i will never visit them again and neither will my family.

I have been to Anoo’s Herbal Day Spa several times over several years and always been very happy with the quality job they have done. Mostly, I have been going for waxing and pedicures. I went for a facial and I have to say it was the best facial I've ever gotten. I did not know what type of facial I wanted when I went in I just knew I wanted one so the aesthetician Ani suggested her favorite, Anoo’s Indian Facial. The extraction portion was a little uncomfortable of course which is normal but in the end my skin looked perfect immediately right out the door. My husband shocked me by commenting about how great I looked. The next day, washing my face, my skin felt like a baby’s skin. My husband continued to comment on how good my skin looks normally does not notice things like that. I am so happy with this treatment, I plan to get one every couple of months. Thank you girls!!!

Threading is usually more expensive, but definitely worth it. Just moved to Boca from Boston, and was thrilled to have my eyebrows done by Mona. The last few places I've tried down here completely butchered them and over-plucked even though I prefer a fuller, more natural look. Mona took the time to fix the mistake, and was very reassuring about what best suited me. I will gladly pay a little more for the extra attention and ability of the professional. Anyone can just wax off all your hair and leave you shapeless.

I had been doing my own eyebrows for the last year and was in serious need of a true eyebrow specialist to help me with the "mess" I created. I had done threading before and loved it so I was happy to have found Anoo's Herbal Day Spa (which is only 5 minutes from my house). Ruby was my esthetician and she left my eyebrows looking great! If you've never tried threading before and don't like the pain of waxing, I highly recommend trying it out at Anoo's in Boca. Ask for Ruby!!
