Brooke's Bed & Biscuit

I have been taking our pets there since Brook opened. She actually kept our lab Buddy for a long time while my husband and I were training in California. Since then we have brought in 2 new dogs and have gotten the best care for all of them.
We only take our dogs there and we live 20 minutes away.

Do not take your pets there!

If it were possible to rate no stars I would.

Animals have jumped fences there and been killed on fording island road.

Brookes staff blamed the owner stating that he did not tell them the dog was a jumper.

Really? Um, maybe if you had the proper enclosures, and a staff that paid attention, that dog would not have jumped the fence.

Do yourself a favor folks and hire a professional pet sitter instead.

Brook and her staff have always been wonderful, easy to deal with And my dog LOVES it there! She runs in without looking back!

Our dogs were not properly cared for and we have been using this facility for many years. We were 1st charged for baths not provided and then realized that in a 5 day stay my small dog lost 1 1/2 lbs and returned home with the amount of food that should have been fed to one of my 2 dogs! We will never return!!! Owner's response...I'm sorry.
