Fantastic Sams

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE
The hairdresser Gretchen, who did not introduce herself, (learned her name because a co-worker addressed her) was concerned with going to buy a bottle of water, more than providing good costumer service. She did not pay any regard to instructions regarding the haircut and deliberately tried to be done with it as soon as possible (I imagine she was in a hurry to leave her post). She chopped off my sideburns without asking; instead of just shaping them. After she was done cutting my hair, which took her LESS than FIVE MINUTES, she did not even attempt to clean the hair off of me; instead she removed the smock and said alright you are done. She did not even offer to wash my hair; which is the standard for Fantastic Sams and one of their key advertisement points.
I shouldn't have payed for my haircut! I did it to be polite and not cause a scene.
