Cedar House Rehabilitation Center is a health care organization that offers residential services for more than 125 individuals who suffer from alcohol and chemical dependency. It was founded in 1973 as Amigo House, a 10-plus-bed treatment facility for men. The facility is a member of the Association of Community Based Organizations (ACBO). It serves youths, adults and senior citizens throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties in California. Cedar House Rehabilitation Center provides nonmedical detoxification, child care and referral services. It utilizes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components for the treatment and recovery of substance abuse. Additionally, the organization offers individualized treatment, service delivery and discharge planning services.
