        The first couple of times they cleaned my house, it was great. The last couple of times, it was like they weren't really there. A cursory vacuuming and floor dusting was the only thing done. Basic dusting of furniture was not done; window sills ignored. I expressed my unhappiness about the last cleaning but gave them one more time. It was just as bad this time. I will not call them again.
