Stanley Hausner Accountacy

This firm filed a fraudulent 1099 MISC in my name in 1996, and I was just made aware of it. According to the State of California, I, a then Georgia resident and now a Florida resident, was paid by someone I don't know and never knew about, a total of $120,095.00 for the year, a sum I've NEVER earned close to in my life, in a year. I'm supposedly owing the State of California $52,158.45, which this firm filed in my name. When it came to my attention last week, obviously, I started looking into it. The State gave me their name and number, and they're giving me the "We have no idea or records" response. The state just needs a letter saying I was never paid the salary, which is a fact, and the lady quickly hung up on me. So, I'll be contacting the Federal authorities in the morning to clear my name. And, I'll be on this accountant firm like paint on a wall, looking into this matter, since they want to conceal their fraudulent activity.
